One of the key texts which encouraged English colonization of the Americas, especially around the area that would become known as Chesapeake Bay. This edition has a deliberately anachronistic style, with the long s used throughout and being printed on dark faux-aged paper. Ink binding stamps of a Boston bindery (cannot make out) and Bayntun on front free endpaper verso.
